Returns & Refunds Policy
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
HEMA equipment such as swords, shields, and training weapons must not show any signs of use, sparring, impact marks, or modification.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
