1. Definitions
- Buyer – the person purchasing goods from the Seller
- Consumer – as defined in the Consumer Rights Act 2015

3. Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability
- You will receive an email confirmation after placing your order
- A contract is formed when the goods are dispatched
- We reserve the right to cancel any order (e.g. pricing errors or stock issues)
4. Price & Payment
- All prices are shown in GBP (£)
- Prices include VAT
- Full payment must be received before dispatch

5. Delivery
- UK delivery: usually 3–14 working days
- Maximum delivery time: 30 days
Risk passes to the Buyer upon delivery of the goods.
6. Returns & Cancellation
In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013:
- You have 14 days to cancel your order
- You have an additional 14 days to return the goods
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
7. Faulty Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose
- You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if goods are faulty
8. Age Restrictions (18+)
Some products (including swords and bladed items) may only be purchased by persons aged 18 or over.

We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect this requirement is not met.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery of certain items (particularly bladed products) to locations where such items are restricted by law.
Age verification may be required upon delivery.
